The Supervisor Resource Center is designed to serve as a source of information for supervisors to effectively manage the day-to-day performance of civilian employees. The IWD Supervisor Support program is intended to equip DC I supervisors with tools and resources needed to successfully lead, grow and develop their civilian employees.
