CIVILIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT BASEBALL CANDIDATE FORM

If you possess the drive and desire to be considered for civilian professional development programs being solicited by IWD, you will need the latest Civilian Professional Development Baseball candidate form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD).   We are using a simplified quarterly process for approving special professional development programs – focused on better understanding potential.

The card will be reviewed by your supervisor and, depending on the length of course, approved by the Civilian Advisory Panel (CAP) which includes representation from all Divisions and Commands.  If approved, the IWD team will notify you and guide you through the follow on process.

The Information Workforce Division (IWD) will be hosting a virtual training that reviews Civilian Development Planning and the role of the Baseball Card in the approval process. The training information is as follows:

Date: Thursday, 29 July, Time: 1400-1445

Log-in Information:

o   Web Conf URL: https://conference.apps.mil/webconf/DCI-Baseball-Card-Training

o   Web Conf Dial In Number:410-874-6300 or DSN: 312-874-6300   Web Conf PIN:647144897

Important:  The DCS platform is best utilized on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.  Using Internet Explorer may cause difficulties.

This training will be recorded for those that are unable to attend. Supervisors and civilians must complete the training by NLT 13 AUG.
