DC I Workforce Division
Fostering a high performing, learning driven, agile team of Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise (MCIEE) civilians and their supervisors.

Director of Information Workforce Division:

Mr. Zev Goldrich

Acting Deputy Director:

Mr. Matthew Kelhart

If you possess the drive and desire to be considered for civilian professional development programs being solicited by IWD, you will need the latest Civilian Professional Development Baseball candidate form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD).   We are using a simplified quarterly process for approving special professional development programs – focused on better understanding potential.

The card will be reviewed by your supervisor and, depending on the length of course, approved by the Civilian Advisory Panel (CAP) which includes representation from all Divisions and Commands.  If approved, the IWD team will notify you and guide you through the follow on process.

Please feel free to reach out to Lauren Gibbs and Emily Jackson at with any questions.

These insights deal with subjects associated with Human Capital, Marketing and Communications, Environmental, Social & Governance, just to name a few and are for all grade levels and ranks.

The virtual conferences are scheduled through November 2021 with UNLIMITED attendance.  Click Here for the FREE virtual Conferences offered along with links to their descriptions, and how to set up a conference board account to register for conferences.
