The Supervisor Resource Center is designed to serve as a source of information for supervisors to effectively manage the day-to-day performance of civilian employees. The IWD Supervisor Support program is intended to equip DC I supervisors with tools and resources needed to successfully lead, grow and develop their civilian employees. In order to understand how to use the Supervisor Resource Center it is important to be familiar with different sources of information, to include the civilian leadership model and the civilian communities of interest.
