Off-duty education courses are open to all Marines aboard the USS Boxer (LHD 4) during the transit from the Arabian Gulf Region to Camp Pendleton, Calif after a twice extended Western Pacific deployment that began in Sept 2006. Luna, Cooper and a handful of Marines and Sailors from the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Bonhomme Richard Strike Group came together and volunteered free time for the project during a routine port call in Guam.
