Purpose:
Support the Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall ATFP Plan. Plan, schedule, and coordinate Marine Corps annual training and PME for Headquarters and Service Battalion Personnel. In conjunction with Director, Marine Corps Staff, arrange for support of special events requiring Marines.
Walk-ins are welcomed for height and weight. Per MCO 6110.3W, Ch 1, para 3.F.3 “Uniform. The only authorized uniform for the weigh-in and BCE (if necessary) is the Marine Corps approved green-on-green T-shirt, shorts and socks. No other uniform or clothing garment is permitted.”
Please bring your green on green with you. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Current access requirements are delineated in NAVADMIN 025/22, which includes hyperlinks to requisite training.

Initial user training takes approximately two hours, after which new users will send an email to the ETMS2 help desk requesting a user account and team assignment commensurate with their section.

If you are conducting flag presentation / Old Glory, you are responsible for sourcing personnel / narration of The Watch. H&S Bn does not have the personnel to support this requirement for every retirement.

Henderson Hall has limited venues, which may be requested via the Venue Request form.

Classrooms 104 and 105 in Building 29 have a capacity of 40 persons each.

PFT/CFT:
Headquarters & Service Battalion (H&S Bn) S-3 hosts PFTs / CFTs throughout the semi-annual period on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The PFT / CFT dates will be published annually in the Annual Training Plan (ATP). A copy of the dates will be provided to each Marine upon check-in and may be obtained by contacting the Bn S-3.
Overview of events:

ePHA / PHA: All Marines must have an updated (within one calendar year) ePHA / PHA completed by the Primary Health Care Provider to complete a PFT / CFT. If a Marine does not have the ePHA / PHA completed, they will not be allowed to the complete the PFT / CFT. The Bn S-3 will not enter a score for a Marine via a completed NAVMC 11622 without an updated ePHA / PHA date.

Waivers / Partials / Exemptions: A request for any of the three items must be sent to the Bn S-3 for review and consideration on a case-by-case basis by the Bn Commanding Officer (CO) within a timely period prior to the end of the semi-annual reporting period.

Location: All Marines participating in a PFT/CFT will meet behind Smith Gym located aboard Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall at the prescribed time in the appropriate Marine Corps PFT/CFT uniform. Further information regarding specific details may be obtained by contacting the Bn S-3.

Command Physical Training Representative (CPTR) Assignment Process: Marines wishing to become a CPTR must complete the MarineNet courses FFD01PFT02, FFD02CFT02, and FFD03BCP02 and email their certificates to the Bn S-3. The Bn S-3 will complete the formal assignment letter for the Marine and maintain a file for records management purposes. CPTR letters from previous commands will not be recognized as proper appointment within H&S Bn, HQMC, Henderson Hall. Sections are highly encouraged to assign Marines as CPTRs due to dynamic work schedules and locations.
College of Enlisted Military Education:

All packages should be submitted 20 days prior to the start of the course to ensure enough time for the routing process.

Packages for resident PME should include non-resident certificate, NAVMC with in 45 days for PFT or CFT, and a completed checklist.
