1. Email the DSSC request to the supply fiscal clerk with the dollar amount you would like to spend.
2. The clerk will reply with the amount of funds available in your account. (Under no circumstances should you go to the DSSC store before receiving an email from the supply fiscal clerk.)
3. Sign-out your DSSC card at building 28.
4. Return the card and DSSC receipt to the supply office by 3:30p.m.
5. Submit a NAVMC10700 Self-Service Center Shopping List to the supply office by 3p.m. the following day.
