Information on Bar Due Reimbursement

Judge Advocate Division will accept requests to reimburse annual licensing fees for FY22 from 1 May 2022 until 1 July 2022.

In order to request your licensing fee to be reimbursed, follow the procedures found in the policy at the bottom of the page. A list of common questions and answers are found in Appendix A of Enclosure 1.

In accordance with the instructions, completed forms should be sent to licensingfees@usmc.mil.  Judge Advocate Division will accept requests from reimbursement from 1 May 2022 until 1 July 2022.  Late submissions received after 1 July 2022 will not be processed

Forms MUST be submitted with the below naming conventions and as .pdf documents. Incomplete forms or improperly named forms will be returned to the submitting individual.

State Bar Receipt: [Last Name]_[First Name]_BarDues_FY22Receipt

This guidance is only for the FY22 reimbursement program. Future reimbursements are not guaranteed and will depend on the availability of funding.
