The S/ES COI is committed to helping members grow professionally by providing developmental opportunities throughout their careers. COI members are encouraged to work with their manager and or mentor to identify a plan to help reach personal goals. When identifying a goal it’s important to think strategically. Ask yourself, what technology, competency or skill will the Marine Corps need in the future. COI members should consider selecting a combination of developmental actions for career progression, through a variety of sources, e.g., training, education and on-the-job experience, etc. The COI currently supports a variety of leadership and functional training each Fiscal Year.
