Deputy Assistant Director of Intelligence for Workforce Development
MISSION

Intelligence for Workforce Development provides policy and management on Marine Corps civilian intelligence professionals.  The focus includes the entire Marine civilian employee life-cycle to: plan, recruit, train, deploy, manage, retain and guide succession management.

TASKS
  • Serves as the Intelligence Community Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for Marine Corps.
  • Provides representation on all Human Capital Matters to the IC CHCO Council, IC Training Council, Defense Intelligence Human Resources Board, the Marine Corps Civilian Workforce Advisory Board and the Department of the Navy Civilian Advisory Board.
  • Leads effort in developing and guiding the Marine Corps Intelligence -- Community of Interest to include roadmaps, competencies and education.
Summer Employment/Internship

Marine Corps Intelligence provides a premier student employment program which incorporates education, training, and site visits. Student employees are integrated within our workforce, providing not only research, but intelligence products to Marines around the world.
