Defense Performance Management Appraisal Program (DPMAP) "New Beginnings" is a collaborative labor-management effort to improve Human Resource practices and policies in the Department of Defense (DoD). A major New Beginnings effort is the development and implementation of the enterprise-wide DoD Performance Management and Appraisal Program which will help foster a cultural change that encourages employee engagement, on-going communication, on-going employee recognition, accountability, timelines and requirements.
Who should attend: Supervisors of Civilian and Military Appropriated Funds (APF) Civilian Marine Employees Only
**PLEASE NOTE: In this climate of limited resources, we will not be providing hard copies of the handouts for the DPMAP training. All confirmed participants will receive a copy of the slide presentation by e-mail prior to the start date of training. You may print them out or for those of you technologically savvy ones, you could even save them to your electronic device if you so desire and bring that instead!**
