Mission

To work primarily as the Commander's advisor for enlisted retention matters, conduct preliminary screening and administrative processing, schedule and conduct interviews, complete reenlistment/lateral move/extension (RELM) documents, and maintain accurate records. In addition, the Career Planner also provides the Marines of HMX-1 with basic individual career counseling, and fundamental manpower PME and briefings.
