Mr. Steve Grozinski is the Director, Administration and Resource Management Division, Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, Washington, DC. He assumed this position in June 2016. In his position he is responsible for providing support to the Commandant of the Marine Corps, Marine Corps activities within the National Capital Region, Marine Corps Commands worldwide, and other Department of Defense organizations as required by providing responsive support services, sound policies and timely guidance, and expert program management to help our customers better support the warfighter. The programs and services include Fiscal; Publications, Printing, and Logistics; Human Resources and Organizational Management; Information Systems; and Security and Information Management. He also serves as the HQMC Security Manager and provides oversight to the HQMC Equal Employment Opportunity program.
From August 2009 until assuming his current position Mr. Grozinski served as the Head of the Publications and Logistics Management Branch, Administration and Resource Management Division, Headquarters Marine Corps. In this capacity he was responsible for the oversight of seven Marine Corps-wide programs (Records, Reports, Directives, Printing, Publishing, Forms, and Non-ADP Office Automation Equipment), and the Space Management, Displays/Exhibits, and Facility renovations encompassing nearly 400,000 square feet of Marine Corps occupied space within the Pentagon and the Naval Support Facility-Arlington.
Prior to transitioning to a Civilian Marine, Mr. Grozinski served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, entering through the Platoon Leaders Course (PLC) in 1981 and retiring as a Colonel in 2009. During his Marine Corps career, he held several primary Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) – Artillery, Supply, Logistics -- and served in a variety of Command, Staff, and Joint billets in the continental United States and overseas, to include combat tours in Southwest Asia in support of Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). He concluded his Marine Corps career at Headquarters Marine Corps, Installations and Logistics (I&L) Department; serving as the Branch Head, Logistics Plans & Operations (LPO).
Mr. Grozinski holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Criminal Justice from Lycoming College, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Averett University, and a Master of Science (MS) in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF), National Defense University. In addition, he is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government - Senior Executive Fellows, and the Federal Executive Institute (FEI).
