Welcome

The mission of the Headquarters Marine Corps Telecommunications Support section is to provide reliable service to our customers on both wireless and land based technologies. Our primary wireless service provider is Verizon Wireless while our landline service (VoIP and some limited VTC capabilities) are provided by DISA JSP. Analog phone service as well as ISDN based service is provided by Verizon Business.

Work Orders

Work orders are for any VOIP and ISDN installations, changes, removal of any telecommunication service. Your Telephone Officer (TO) must submit a Telephone Service Request (TSR). The TO is the ONLY persons authorized to submit TSR’s; if you have questions as to whom your TO is, please call your units Information Systems Coordinator (ISC) or the HQMC Telephone Officer at (703) 614-8119.


Trouble Tickets

Trouble tickets are for any problem with EXISTING services, such as a dead phone line, static, or any other telecommunication service already in place. Anyone can report a trouble by calling the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) at 1-855-373-8762.
