Welcome to the MMRP-30 Performance Evaluation page. MMRP-30's primary mission is to educate Marines on the Performance Evaluation System (PES). Our section has three areas of concern: application, policy/compliance, and processing. This page and the newly created “Performance” tab on Marine OnLine provides the pertinent tools required to answer questions regarding PES. We understand that not all questions can be answered on a website so we encourage you to email us at smb.manpower.mmrp-30@usmc.mil with your general fitness report concerns and we will respond within five (5) business day.
A-PES is the primary method for the submission of fitness reports. As with any computer based system, there are maintenance issues that continually affect the system. We are continually working to improve and upgrade services. Any issues, glitches with the system, or system access can be addressed by the A-PES Customer Service at HQMC.A-PES@usmc.mil.
To request a Commanders Timeliness Report, please submit your request to the following organizational mailbox: smb.manpower.mmrp-31@usmc.mil. Anticipate receiving the information in three (3) business days or less.
