On 30 September 2006, Staff Sergeant Benjamin E. Barr, a Combat Videographer with I Marine Expeditionary Force Combat Camera, documents a graduation ceremony for new Iraqi Soldiers of Basic Training Class 4 (BTC-4) on Camp Habaniyah, Iraq.

Regimental Combat Team 5 is deployed with I Marine Expeditionary Force in support of Operation Freedom in the Al Anbar Province of Iraq (Multi-National Forces-West) to develop the Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic government reforms, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi Reconstruction.
