Improve diversity and inclusion across the Marine Corps and harness the varied talents, skills and abilities of individual Marines as force multipliers.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Serves as the program Office for the Marine Corps Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Program
- Serves as Service liaison to the Office for Diversity Equity and Inclusion (ODEI) and the Diversity Management Operations Center (DMOC)
- Promotes and develops initiatives to highlight diversity and develop a cultural of inclusion
- Administers the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Review Board (DRB)
- Identifies DE&I education and training requirements and supports TECOM in curriculum development
