Summary:

 

You will serve as a Management Analyst managing the defense Attaché Program which includes Marines assigned to Joint Military Attaché School (JMAS) and the Marine Corps Cryptologic Support Battalion. This position is located in Quantico, VA in the HQ US MARINE CORPS.

 

Responsibilities:

 

*             You will prepare budget entitlements reports for briefing to senior leadership as needed.

*             You will track all Defense Attaché personnel movements to include Permanent Change of Station and Temporary Additional Duty Orders and Department of Defense entitlements.

*             You will analyze data prior to updating Marine's Official Personnel Files, training, awards, Department of Defense entitlements, military correspondence, and submission of Command endorsements.

Financial Management Analyst GS-0501-13

POSITION TITLE: Financial Management Analyst

PP-SERS-GRADE: GS-0501-13

APPOINTMENT TYPE: Permanent

LOCATION:  Arlington, VA (Pentagon)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

.You will develop guidance and manage budget, execution, and reporting

oversight for Intelligence Program funding for the HQMC Intelligence

Department.

.You will monitor the obligation and expenditure rates of funds within the

approved operating budget to ensure funds are properly allocated and spent

in a timely and effective manner, to meet organizational goals and program

plans.

.You will conduct mid-year reviews and recommend adjustments such as

redistribution of resources within budget accounts in response to changing

requirements.

.You will perform in-depth analysis of complicated and non-routine funding

issues involving substantial corrective action and/or complicated

adjustments.
