Marines and Sailors with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Boxer Amphibious Ready Group man the rails as the USS Boxer passes under the Coronado Bridge to embark on its Western Pacific deployment from U.S. Navy Base San Diego, 2013. Justin Schilling, a logistical management specialist with Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, was wounded in combat in Fallujah, Iraq, and continues to assist those still serving. Schilling deployed to Afghanistan as a government site lead to install and develop upgrades for mine resistant ambush protected vehicles. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Justin M.
