CIVILIAN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT BASEBALL CANDIDATE FORM

If you possess the drive and desire to be considered for civilian professional development programs being solicited by IWD, you will need the latest Civilian Professional Development Baseball candidate form (Click here to download) (Click here to download if you are Military - for application to Franklin Covey pilot). We are using a simplified quarterly process for approving special professional development programs – focused on better understanding potential.

The card will be reviewed by your supervisor and, depending on the length and cost of the opportunity, will be approved by either your supervisor, the Civilian Advisory Panel (CAP) which includes GS-15 representation from all Divisions, or the Civilian Personnel Governance Board (CPGB) which includes SES representation.

Additional opportunities will be advertised in future quarters.  Attached is a list of civilian development opportunities that will be offered via IWD this fiscal year.  Civilians can apply for the opportunities with a baseball card.

Please feel free to reach out to the Talent Development Team at HQMC_DCI_TalentDevDCI@usmc.mil with any questions.
