MCW accounts are used across the MCEN for access to various purposes. This page discusses MCW accounts as they pertain to access to HQMC C4 Cybersecurity sites.
The Marine Corps C&A Support Tool (MCCAST) uses MCW accounts for access and are managed by the USMC C&A Team. For access to the MCCAST, visit the "POCs" section below to submit a trouble ticket.
1. Check for existing account: https://eis.usmc.mil/sites/spservices/helpdesk/accounts/_layouts/userdisp.aspx?Force=True
*Does "I:0#.w/mcw\" or "mcw\" precedes the user name? Then an MCW account exists, either desktop or network configurations are causing errors. Contact the local S6/G6 to begin troubleshooting issues.
*If an error stating, "Your session could not be established", is displayed, then proceed to number two (2) below.
2. Submit access requests here: https://mceits.usmc.mil/Pages/RequestAccount.aspx
* List the reason for the access request.
* Select "HQMC C4" to notify the corresponding site collection administrators.
